BASIC MUSICAL OVERVIEW
Taking part in everything from piano lessons to the school band/choir to music festivals to forming a couple bands to flying solo, she is no stranger to the world of music. With the goal of being a DIY singer/songwriter in mind, Andrea spent two years in college learning the ins and outs of the music business as well as engineering/production. After she completed the music program at Fanshawe College in London, she went on to pursue a music career in Toronto, where she currently resides and performs along the Toronto circuit as well as the occasional out-of-town show.
WHAT DOES SHE BRING TO THE STAGE?
Her music has been described by others as a night of therapy, a friend when they needed one, something to relate to, or simply the words that couldn't be found. Though she claims she doesn't know any chord names, it doesn't stop her from coming up with new sounds to please the ears of her audience.

Her first self-produced EP, released in March of 2011, is called "Words and Letters" and it is available in virtually any online store you can think of (iTunes, Rhapsody, PureTracks...). If you prefer the physical copy, it can be purchased from shows, a few places in her hometown of Kincardine like Matchett Financial and Jerome's, and if you are so inclined, you can order it by clicking on the Music tab... but of course if you would like to support Andrea's music directly, get it from her. She is currently working on her first full-length album, for which the completion is to be expected in August of 2012.
